We make the following guarantees to our customers:
- Find a resolution to the situation to the satisfaction of all parties
- Send a letter of correction and, if appropriate, a formal letter of apology from a GPF officer.
- Grant a voucher to the insured for a rate reduction of the finance charges on a future premium agreement.
- GPF will fully refund all of the finance charges on the premium finance agreement in question.
